Five Metres worth of Crittal nestled in Streatham

This Edwardian terrace on the boarders of Brixton, Clapham and Streatham compliments the investment that saw this area rise to fame in the 1920s. The design brief was to capture details that were contemporary, yet a homage to the Streatham of old. Surrounded by buildings with sweeping Crittal panels and a wealth of distinctive London stock brick work, employing a large panel of glass of the same nature allowed light into the darker Edwardian interiors of the home. Throughout, we complimented the period leanings of the property with regenerating existing details before adding in the contemporary. A Narrative kitchen complete with our bespoke concrete work tops, stained oak strip wood flooring by Natural Wood, Lusso stone bathroom furniture, bespoke brass fittings, various encaustic tiling and a solid brass wall completed the bathrooms. The rear garden then houses a games room in a cedar shingle clad out house that met the brief for a family desperate to bring this property back from its neglected past.
