Extension and renovation design, priced as we go…
A design and renovation consultancy on Streatham Hill, South London
Planning an extension or renovation in South London? We design your project and price it as we go, so you see what each choice costs while there’s still time to change it.
We work in four clear stages: CONCEPT, COSTING, DETAILING and CONSTRUCTION ISSUE. You always know what’s coming next, and your build starts ready, with drawings, a Schedule of Works and BOQ, and a programme your builder can price like for like.
Founded by Greg Drain and Damian Wilson, with 40 years of design and build between them, we help homeowners with house extensions, kitchen extensions, side returns, loft conversions and whole house renovations across Streatham, Brixton, Clapham, Dulwich and Crystal Palace.
“Narrative provided us with a succinct and organised service that was both creative and logical. Their costing services are such a benefit to the typical design process and knowing what the value of the project in just over four weeks into their services was worth its weight in gold.
