Clapham basement renovation brings light and quiet

Nestled in Clapham Old Town, in a Georgian square, behind a great high street and not too far from an even greater pub sat this double story interior refurbishment. Included in this basement conversion were a glass box over a Narrative designed kitchen, central home cinema and fully sound proofed front master bedroom with en-suite and walk in wardrobes. With the addition of a living wall leading onto a two-tiered garden we increased the nature element to the courtyard dynamic and became a centre piece of the view to the garden area. The ground floor then received a complete re-generation with a new study, second bedroom and en-suite with multiple period features re-instated.
