Light and industrial meet dark and period

On the border between Balham and Tooting sits this Victorian three storey terrace. Working with a client that had strong interior design ideas we employed Round House Kitchens, Lazenby concrete flooring and IQ glass as three of the main contractors to achieve our goals. With three bathrooms all receiving the Lusso Stone treatment, Able and Cole Wallpaper and a mixture of Parquet wood and encaustic tile flooring, not many stones were left unturned. Finishing with Buster and Punch handles and Little Green paint this property utilised high spec materials to create this contemporary and spacious environment.
